Docking Station DS12 and USB-Stick

The dockingstation is the communication interface between PC application and data loggers. Prior to a survey, all survey details are transmitted to the loggers in the rack. Also, the interface rack is used to charge the loggers and synchronize their internal clocks. When the survey is finished, all data from the loggers are retrieved and transmitted to PC.

The dockingstation can hold 12 hc8 loggers. For large surveys, several DS12 can be daisy-chained, so that the PC can communicate with all hc8 through one USB interface.

With the USB-Stick and a laptop the hc8 may programmed on road where no mains power available.
